As a division responsible for promoting the evolution of IT throughout the Sharp Corporation, we are working to create mechanisms and develop business in line with our mission of proposing new workstyles that utilize IT.
There are a great variety of IT systems across the company. As in-house SE, in addition to planning, designing, building, and operating these systems, we suggest solutions that make full use of IT to achieve work reforms aimed at optimization and simplicity.

Providing services that fully utilize new IT
We are currently promoting the expansion of IT services that make full use of new technologies, aiming to strengthen competitiveness in our interactions with customers. We are working on sales support systems that use chat functions, the provision of apps— for example, those that automate questions and answers using AI—new IT servitization, and more. We are also building the foundation of communication infrastructures to support matters such as stability in remote-work, and advancing the creation of environments that provide new workstyles.

IT structural reform to dramatically cut costs
Cutting the cost of in-house IT systems makes a significant contribution to company management. Our initiatives include utilizing open-source systems and the consolidation, integration, and simplification of internal operations and systems. We are also advancing IT reforms for a less costly corporate structure.
