Digital multifunctional printers
Digital multifunctional printers (MFPs) focus on the processing of digital photographs, and combine mechatronics technologies whose principal function is paper delivery control, chemical technologies such as photoreceptors and toners, and software technologies that realize superior print performance and compatibility. Japanese companies dominate the market for MFPs.

Public print service
Sharp MFPs are installed at approximately 30,000 convenience stores around Japan and provide various service content, including the network printing service. With the spread of “new-normal” workstyles, where more and more people utilize hybrid or satellite offices that allow them to combine or choose between working from home or on-site, there is expected to be an increased demand in urban areas for printing services for business purposes.

Smart office service
With COCORO OFFICE, we provide hardware and software and total workstyle support for small and medium enterprises, in the four categories of communication, operational efficiency, security, and support.
Recently, by actively promoting the development of solutions that fully utilize AI, we have also been working to tackle social issues such as population decline and labor shortages.

Digital signage
These days, digital signage—systems for disseminating information via image devices—can be seen everywhere in towns and cities.
With digital signage, there is no need to replace billboards or posters every time the displayed content is changed. Instead, it can be changed easily and in a timely fashion, and it is also possible for users to manipulate the content by touching the screen, or display in multiple languages for visitors from overseas.
In addition to LCD displays, Sharp has a variety of display devices such as ePosters and projectors, and we provide support for the transmission systems of all these devices.

Factory automation (FA)
With our full command of automation, image processing, transport robots, and optical/camera technologies, we propose and deliver automation reform, inspection, and logistics solutions for factories and warehouses, contributing to improved automation and productivity.
We also link large amounts of data to on-site systems, and while co-creating with customers, promote logistics reform by providing a complete service from development to production and support.
