日本では2000年12月のBSデジタル放送開始で本格的な放送のデジタル化が開始した。そして，2003年12月に地上デジタルテレビ放送が開始され，いよいよテレビ放送のデジタル化が加速していく時代となった。2011年のアナログテレビ放送終了までに，国内のすべてのテレビ放送受信機をデジタル放送受信機に置き換えていくことが必要となる。
デジタル放送の受信システムでは，従来のテレビ受信機に比べ，比較にならないほど大規模かつ複雑なソフトウェアシステムが要求される。開発の効率化と応用商品への展開を容易にしたデジタル放送受信システムのソフトウェア開発について述べる。
In Japan, BS digital-broadcasting started in December, 2000 opened the digital television broadcasting era. Now the terrestrial digital television broadcasting has started out in December, 2003. This gives a steady momentum to accelerate the digital TV broadcasting.
We are obliged to replace all the domestic conventional TV receivers to digital broadcast TV systems by the end of the transition period in 2011.
The receiving system of digital broadcasting needs much complicated and huge-scaled software compared with the conventional television receiver. This article describes our attempts for software development of the digital-broadcasting receiving system. Those attempts have given us efficient development environments and smooth deployment to application goods.
