携帯機器向け地上デジタルテレビ用高周波モジュールには，小型化および低消費電力化が求められる。当社は高周波回路部のIC化およびチップ面積の縮小化，低IF方式採用による外付けフィルタの削減，高密度実装技術開発などにより，10.0mmx10.0mmx1.5mmの地上デジタルテレビ1セグメント放送受信用フロントエンドモジュールを開発した。また，回路構成の最適化により消費電力は115mWを実現した。
Small form factor and low power consumption are two of the most important requirement for mobile digital TV receiver. A 10.0mm x 10.0mm x 1.5mm, 115mW receiver module for Japanese 1 segment terrestrial digital TV is realized, where RF-IC, BB-IC and all the other necessary components are integrated onto it. To reduce the number of external components and the power consumption, the RF-IC adopted a Low-IF architecture with a poly-phase filter for image rejection.
