Continuous Pinwheel Alignment （CPA）モードを用いたAdvanced Super View（ASV）-LCDを開発した。このASV-LCDは広視野角，高輝度，高コントラスト，高速応答特性等を網羅した高性能を有している。CPA技術はテレビ，PCモニタ，アミューズメント用携帯モニタ等の様々な液晶表示装置に適用可能である。
We have developed Advanced Super View (ASV)-LCDs using Continuous Pinwheel Alignment (CPA) mode. The ASV-LCDs are proposed to realize high performance displays having wide-viewing angle, high brightness, high contrast and fast response. The new CPA technology can be used in various LCD applications such as TV sets, PC monitors, and portable monitors for amusement.
