特にその考えの軸としたいのは「人間中心設計」という考えであり，これからのユーザインタフェースデザイン開発においては，ユーザをその中心に置き，工学的アプローチだけでなく人間研究をはじめとする社会科学的なアプローチを含めた洞察の深い取り組みが必要となる。
